ADAM LAWRENCE, FOUNDER
My name is Adam Lawrence, and I am the founder of EXCELEAS®, LLC. I created EXCELEAS® to offer law enforcement agencies tools for their unique demands, to increase efficiency, and to foster positive relations with those they serve. At EXCELEAS®, our motto, “Excellence in Law Enforcement Agency Solutions,” is our name.
My background is in law enforcement, with nearly two decades of experience in the field. I’m a supervisory police officer in Pennsylvania and work for a mid-size agency bordering the city of Pittsburgh. My career has afforded me insight and understanding, allowing a close look at issues agencies face daily, one being recruitment.
Over the years, I have seen the complexities involved in the hiring process and took part in them. Finding quality employees can be a daunting task for any agency. Coping with expensive background checks, job ads, officer retention, and diversity in your agency is a challenge.
After carefully examining these issues, I came up with the concept for the Law Enforcement Applicant Database (LEAD™) program. Years of careful thought, analysis, and hard work culminated in the development of LEAD™, set for release in 2024. I stand with the policing profession and behind the software we provide. My company’s mission is to help your agency with its success, and I will work tirelessly to see that our services satisfy your organizational needs.
