This innovative program introduces several pioneering features previously unavailable in recruitment solutions. These include our Statistical Tracking of Applicant Trends (STAT™) tool, the Law Enforcement Agency Demographic Employment Records (LEADER™) section, an extensive repository of Background Investigation Resources, and, at its core, a comprehensive database that compiles and maintains applicant information for our partnering agencies.
The applicant database serves as an invaluable collaboration tool, offering participating agencies instant access to intelligence that aids in background investigations and hiring decisions. This platform is exclusively available to U.S. federal, state, and local governments, along with their affiliated providers. Azure Government is a fully sovereign instance of Microsoft® Azure, boasting data centers located entirely within the continental United States and managed by screened American citizens. This ensures that your sensitive data remains within the country’s borders and complies with stringent standards set by the Federal Risk and Authorization Management Program (FedRAMP), United States Department of Defense, and the FBI’s Criminal Justice Information Services (CJIS) division.
